What delivery arrangements can I expect?
We typically use UPS Next Day AM service for deliveries, ensuring prompt and reliable shipping. This service is widely available for most locations.
I do not have a full CAD drawing of my part – can you still help me?
Yes, we can still help you. We can assist you with reverse engineering upon request and create the necessary CAD drawings for your part.
What file formats do accepts drawings in?
We accept a wide range of file formats for drawings. However, 3D models in .STEP format are preferred. Other formats can also be accommodated based on your needs.
What are your operating hours?
Our offices are open 8:30 – 5, however, we do run an extended shift pattern on the shop floor.
How quickly can I expect to receive a quote?
You can typically expect to receive a quote within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the complexity and volume of the request.
